Method
- Rub the flour with ghee, add sugar, cardamom, yeast and saffron-infused milk and knead.
- Rest for 30 minutes.
- Roll out, spread with date paste, roll into a log and slice, or fill small balls.
- Press with a mould and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
